Resources

• Wash hands thoroughly before eating and after any activities
• Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze
• Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
• Do some form of exercise for about 30 minutes a day
• Always wear your seat belt.  Wear a helmet, knee/elbow pads while riding a bike at all times
• Avoid food & drinks with a substantial amount of sugar
• Finish all medications, even if the child is better and/or symptoms go away
• Drink plenty of water
• Do not allow any illness to persist too long before contacting the Doctor
• Stay up to date with your vaccinations, including the Flu vaccine during Flu season
• Make sure to keep up with all appointments
• Always wear your seat belt
